Peter Jeffery

Founder - AIM

Peter has an in-depth knowledge of the publishing and media representation business.  Having resided in Hong Kong since 1985, he has a wealth of experience and high-level connections with major brands and advertising agencies in Asia and beyond. Formerly publisher at Far East Trade Press Ltd. (a subsidiary of Times Publishing Singapore) and from 1996, publisher of Reader’s Digest Asia, Peter founded AIM in 2002.

Cordelia Chan

Consulting Director - AIM

Cordelia has vast experience with a wide variety of business-to-business and business-to-consumer media. She has worked in the publishing industry since 1986 with publications including TIME Magazine, Forbes China, Yazhou Zhoukan (Chinese Asia Week), and Reed’s Hotel & Travel Index. Before co-founding AIM in 2002, she was the associate publisher of three trade publications of Reed Elsevier Asia, managing its worldwide representation network.

Brendan Inns

CEO - AIM

Brendan is an experienced marketer with a solid background and strong track record in brand management and integrated marketing communications. Formerly group vice president of brand communications for Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts he also held several senior sales and marketing positions with Hyatt International and has over 20 years of experience in Asia having lived and worked in China, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Australia. Brendan is the founder of BRANDVEST Consulting and joined AIM in 2014.

Tim Waldron

Executive Director - AIM

Tim has worked in media for 30 years, having joined Haymarket Media as a classified sales executive in 1989. He was Haymarket’s first full time employee in Singapore in 2000 where he moved to launch CEI Asia Pacific and establish Haymarket’s presence in Southeast Asia. He relocated to Hong Kong in 2001 to take responsibility for Asia, and was instrumental in managing Haymarket’s acquisitions, joint venture partnerships and building the business in the region. In Asia Haymarket published market leading brands - Asian Investor, Campaign, CEI Asia Pacific, Corporate Treasurer, Finance Asia, FourFourTwo and Stuff. He made a significant contribution to Haymarket's growth managing the transition from being a traditional magazine publisher to a truly multi platform media company. This transition is reflected in the diversification of revenue streams in the region. Tim launched the SPIKES ASIA Festival, a joint venture with Ascential PLC, owners of Cannes Lions, establishing Haymarket’s position as a market leading events business, specifically in the marcoms and finance sectors.

Micheal Yates

Executive Director - AIM

Mike has spent more than 20 years creating successful strategies and solutions for companies and governments in the Asia Pacific region specializing in the travel technology, distribution and tourism services sectors. A former news journalist and advertising agency executive, Mike has held senior management roles with Travelport, the Pacific Asia Travel Association and Tourism Australia and managed his own consultancy business, working with global brands, such as Disney, Visa and CNN, and regional blocs such as ASEAN. He brings deep industry knowledge and an extensive regional network to Travel Elite.  

Vincenzo Viola

Non-Executive Director - AIM

Vince has over 30 years’ experience as a global advertising and marketing executive. He moved back to Australia in 2014 following 15 years as Managing Director, McCann Hong Kong, where he managed the Cathay Pacific Central Team. This dedicated agency was created as a full service, multi-disciplinary agency to manage all integrated marketing for Cathay Pacific Airways across 27 markets. The agency was consistently one of the most awarded McCann offices in Asia, while being held up as a ‘best in class’ example of a truly integrated agency model for the McCann global network. Prior to Hong Kong, Vince held roles at Ogilvy & Mather, New York as Senior Partner and D’Arcy, Masius, Benton & Bowles, New York as Senior Vice President, Director Business Development, responsible for the New York office’s business development program and managing a portfolio of Procter & Gamble brands for the US market. Vince is based in Melbourne, Australia.  

Amy Lok

Advertising Director - AIM

Amy is a successful sales professional with a genuine interest in helping customers address real needs. Her sales experience covers print and digital media as well as sales team management and gained extensive knowledge in China and Taiwan while working at a senior level with Global Sources. Amy has been in the media industry since 1991 and joined the AIM team in 2006.

Soh Liang Liang

Director of Advertising, SEA - AIM

Liang Liang is a highly trusted sales professional based in Singapore and previously worked at Mediacorp Pte. Ltd. and Reader’s Digest Asia. Liang Liang’s experience spans over 10 years in China and Singapore, working for the government and public-listed property developers, leading their sales and marketing teams. She has been in the media industry since 1993 and joined AIM in 2005.

Vincent Lim

Director of Advertising, SEA - AIM

Vincent has been in the media field since 1994 during which time he has accumulated a wealth of experience across different capacities in the publishing industry. He worked with international media including Newsweek and Forbes, and, more recently as advertising sales at TTG Asia and Business Traveller where he looked after the Singapore as well as the China operations for both print and digital media. He joined AIM in 2015.
